Robert is an experienced tech industry operator, advisor, board member, investor who has delivered over $2B in revenue and directly supported the growth of 100s of careers across the global teams he’s led.

His operating experiences include: helping organizations drive digital transformation through emerging technology, building & launching Go to Market for eight tech product lines, building high performing diverse teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and accelerating profitable growth at Silicon Valley pre-IPO and Fortune 10 scales.

As Head of Revenue & Partnerships at SandboxAQ, a spin-out of Google X, Robert & team delivered deep impact through AI and Quantum tech across healthcare & life sciences, financial services, public sector, and cybersecurity. In April 2025, SBAQ closed its Series E funding round at a $5.75B valuation.

Prior to SAQ, Robert held senior leadership positions at several blue-chip technology firms. As a Vice President at Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), he had responsibility for the global launches of IoT Security, OT Security, Cloud Next-Gen Firewall for AWS, Google, Oracle Cloud. He also led the team responsible for Palo Alto’s Public Sector channel, delivering $950M in cyber services to the government. At Amazon Web Services (NASDAQ: AMZN) he launched a team focused on scaling strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors built on AWS. As a 3rd line people leader and youngest Sales Center Vice President at AT&T (NYSE: T), Robert and his team served over 200,000 small business customers, delivered $700M in annual revenue, and he directly supported over 50 associates achieving career promotions or progressions.

Outside of the office, Robert strives to make a difference through mentoring future leaders from underrepresented groups, on the Corporate Advisory Board for Miami University’s Business School, life membership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and supporting the family businesses: Elite Eight, specializing in real estate + other investments, and Booked By Blaze, a nationwide event entertainment company.

Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Cincinnati and Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Miami University.

Robert’s home base is in the Washington D.C. metro area, blessed with an amazing wife and two little ones.
